Q: Which Package does my groupon apply to?
A: You have the choice of purchasing the 2 1/5 hr Aromatherapy spa package for $119 (value: $265) or the 3 1/5 hr Aromatherapy spa package for $159 (value $390). Recommended for both men and women.
Q: What services are included in each package?
A:For $119, you get a 2.5-hour aromatherapy spa package (a $265 total value) that includes:
- A 60-minute massage (a $120 value)
- A 30-minute hand treatment (a $35 value)
- A 60-minute aromatherapy facial (a $110 value)
For $159, you get a 3.5-hour aromatherapy spa package (a $390 total value) that includes:
- A 60-minute body polish (a $125 value)
- A 60-minute massage (a $120 value)
- A 30-minute hand treatment (a $35 value)
- A 60-minute aromatherapy facial (a $110 value)
Body Polish STEPS:
Full Body Exfoliation, Application of body serum with Aromatherapy, Body wrap in space blanket, and electric heat blanket. Follow with relaxation aromatherapy massage.
Hand Treatment STEPS:
Exfoliation, hot towels, application of serum and/or mask, electric heated mitts. Follow with hand massage.
Q: How many spa packages can I purchase?
A: Limit 1 per person and you can purchase 2 additional as gifts.
Q: Can I use my Enigma Day Spa Gift Certificate?
A: Sorry but you will not be able use your gift certificate to purchase this deal.
Q: Is this deal for new clients only?
A:No, we want everyone to experience our services. So if you are a new client or an existing client, you are invited to purchase this deal.
Q: Can I get a different massage, body treatment or facial?
A:You have to get the services you purchased. You cannot substitute any services for another.
Q: How do I schedule my appointment?
A: To schedule your appointment you can call 410-938-2288. You can also email us at enigmadayspa@gmail.com. Please leave a message by phone or email with your name, groupon ID and your desired appointments time.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: All services are by appointments only. We are available Tues-Fri 10-8pm and Sat 10-4pm.
Q: Do I have to get all the services done on the same day?
A:Since this is a spa day package, all services in the package must be done on the day of your appointment. if you are limited on time we offer 2 spa packages.
Q: Is tax and gratuity included?
A:We will not charge our customers tax on services but gratuity is appreciated.
Q: How much should I tip my esthetician/ massage therapist?
A:The standard tip is 20% of the treatment cost, though tipping 15% is not uncommon.
Q: Can this deal we used for couples?
A:We do allow couples, but day and time of services will be limited for couples. Services will be done in separate rooms.
Q: Can this deal we used towards group parties?
A:This groupon is not valid for group parties.
Q: How many minutes before my appointment should I arrive?
A: Please click to download the intake form. Please fill it out at home, print and bring with you at the time of your appointment. Filling out these forms saves you time and will reduce the traffic in the waiting area. You should arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
Q: What happens if I am late for my appointment?
A:If a service is scheduled after yours then we will have to cut your appointment time. However, if it is possible you will receive your full package time.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:We require a 24 hr notice cancellation, instead of forfeiting your groupon you will be responsible for paying a fee of $25 to use your groupon.

A: We have 1 location. 1818 pot spring road. Lutherville, MD 21093.
Q: When does this groupon expire?
A: This groupon expires 6 months from purchase date.
